Inetmedia SolutionsThese Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Client", "you") and Inetmedia Solutions LLC ("Inetmedia Solutions", "we", "us"). They govern your use of www.inetmediasolutions.com and your purchase of our services. By purchasing a plan or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing and web services, including website design and maintenance, search engine optimization, social media management, paid advertising management, content creation and reporting, as described in the plan on our website and in the written quote you accept. All services are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Each client receives a written quote stating the services included and the monthly price before any payment is taken.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars, through our payment processor Stripe, at the price in your accepted quote.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period.
- Prices do not include taxes, which are added where required by law.
- We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Changes take effect at your next billing period after the notice.
- If a payment fails, we may pause services until the balance is paid.
3. Advertising spend
Plan fees cover our management services only. Money spent on ads (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads) is paid by you directly to the ad platform and is not included in plan prices or refundable by us.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the account access and materials we need to deliver services. You confirm that any content, logos or materials you give us are yours or that you have permission to use them. Delays caused by missing information or access do not extend or reduce your billing period.
6. Intellectual property
Once paid for, the custom content and designs we create specifically for you (such as website pages, graphics, ad copy and posts) belong to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, processes and know-how. We may list your business name as a client in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. No guarantee of results
Search rankings, traffic, leads and ad performance depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms. We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales or results.
8. Third-party platforms
Our work often uses third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, website hosts and domain registrars). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or account decisions.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information and account credentials confidential and use them only to deliver your services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inetmedia Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use our services for unlawful purposes. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
